MamaFlow didn't start as a business idea. It started as a frustration. A mum who had figured out how to take care of herself — and then had a baby and found that nothing out there was built for where she was.

I'm a corporate professional. I coached myself from 85kg down to 73kg before pregnancy — and since my c-section I've gone from 100kg to 84kg. No fads. Just figuring out that healthy can actually taste good and consistency beats intensity every single time.

But postpartum, with a newborn and a full life suddenly restructured around someone else's needs, I had no idea how to show up for myself in a way that made sense for the day I was actually having. Time poor, sleep deprived, recovering from major surgery — and everything I found either ignored the fact I'd had major abdominal surgery, or was built for someone with two hours and a home gym.

None of it was built for me.
